          Materials for elastic terminal elements Boway 51000 developed by Boway has high strength, elasticity, wear resistance and diamagnetism. It has good pressure processability under at normal temperature, high fire resistance to electric spark, good weldability and is corrosion resisting in atmosphere and fresh water. The product has bright and tidy surface, which is smooth when observed under a 40X microscope. The dimensional accuracy can be controlled within 0.005mm. Boway adopts automatic spooling equipment to ensure good material evenness, meeting the high-speed pay off requirement of customers. Surface quality of the material can meet the requirements of electroplating process of tin, nickel, copper, gold, platinum and other elements, and the surface after electroplating is smooth without color difference; boway 51000 has good bending performance. It can be bent to 90° for 6 times without breaking.


          Medium conductivity high plasticity alloy materials boway 28000/boway 27000


          The medium conductivity high plasticity alloy materials boway 28000/boway 27000 developed by Boway adopt automatic casting equipment to ensure uniform composition and high consistency. The advanced automatic drawing mode from Germany is adopted to ensure uniform microstructure and stable grain size. The material has bright and tidy surface, which is smooth when observed under an 80X microscope. Boway adopts full-automatic spooling equipment to ensure good material evenness and smooth feeding, meeting the high-speed stamping requirements of customers. The mechanical properties of Boway materials can be controlled within ± 30MPa. The content fluctuation of main components is controlled within 0.5%, and the control of impurity content is far higher than the industry standard. The weight of single coil can be more than 200kg, providing solutions for customers' automatic manufacturing.


          High strength and high wear resistance alloy materials for automobile industry boway 52100 / boway 53400


          boway 52100 / boway 53400 developed by Boway are mainly used in automobile industry. These two materials have the characteristics of high torque, high wear resistance and high strength. In harsh working environment, they can withstand a working temperature of about 200℃ and maintain the material characteristics under fierce vibration and serious wear. The material has stable chemical composition, and the impurity content is strictly controlled, reducing the influence on the resistivity fluctuation, ensuring that the electric signal transmission is not distorted, and meeting the sensitive and efficient work of the automobile industry. With the raw material process design of Boway, it can meet the requirements of cutting, stamping, thread rolling, knurling and other part forming processes with high efficiency.

          The alloy material for pen making boway 79860 developed by Boway has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and easy cutting. Corrosion resistance means that it can resist the corrosion of water-based ink, oil-based ink and organic alcohol solvent. Boway's material for pen tips can withstand the ink corrosion environment, reduce the gap between the ball and its socket, ensuring good writing quality and long service life. In addition, under the working conditions of Φ 1mm cemented carbide bit, 30000rpm high-speed machining and feeding speed greater than 1.5mm/s, Boway's material for pen tips shows good free cutting performance and maintains high surface finish. Its stability also ensures the gap between the ball and its socket, eliminating the situation of no ink output, ink leakage and ball falling off.           The high strength and high elasticity alloy materials developed by Boway alloy adopt high-purity raw materials and are guaranteed with fully automatic equipment in German industrial design, thus realize uniform structure, stable performance and good cold forming performance. They are suitable for elastic elements used in high-speed train, automobile industry and other fields.


          Medium strength and high conductivity iron bronze material C19400 C19700

          The iron bronze alloy wire rod developed by Boway is an aging strengthening alloy. The alloy has good cold working performance, moderate strength, high conductivity, good electroplating and hot dip tin plating properties. It is suitable for soft soldering and gas protection welding. It is widely used for spring, connector terminal and other electrical components which are applied to high current conditions, excellent heat resistance and stress relaxation resistance, and ensures the Reliability at higher temperature environment.
